Quilachiles is a fictional brand created for a food truck that sells chilaquiles, a typical Mexican breakfast. It is aimed at young people and conveys a fresh and youthful atmosphere. The brand‘s name is a word play which interchanges the two parts „chila“ and „quiles“ and by doing so, a modern version of the traditional breakfast is created. The authentic Mexican flavour as well as enjoying the moment are the center points in the creation of the brand.
